Returns
We understand things don’t always work out. If you need to return an item, we're here to make the process simple and straightforward. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.
RETURNS POLICY
- We do not provide refunds for returns, including for change of mind, sizing issues or unwanted items. All eligible returns will be issued with a store credit valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
- Returns must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.
- A store credit will be emailed to you once your return is received and processed.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense if it is the customer's request. The cost to do this is at the expense of the customer and the courier they choose to use.
- If an item is faulty/damaged, Amaya Muse will cover costs to provide a new item/return the original item.
- Please use a tracking service for your return as AMAYA is not responsible for any lost, damaged or missing returns during transit.
- Our Returns Facility is located in Asia, and international return shipping/customs fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
All returned items must be:
- In brand-new condition - unworn, unwashed, and free from marks, makeup, or deodorant
- With all original tags attached/included and in original packaging
- Free from odour (e.g, perfume, deodorant, body spray)
We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet these conditions.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Accessories
- Swimwear
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@amayamuse.com within 5 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the fault or incorrect item
Once assessed and approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, discount, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
Return shipping fees will only be reimbursed if you’ve received prior approval from our support team.
RETURN TO SENDER & PROCESSING FEES
If your parcel is:
- Returned due to an incorrect address
- Unclaimed from your local delivery center
- Rejected at customs due to unpaid import duties
We will issue store credit minus a $15 AUD processing and handling fee once your return is confirmed received. We do not provide refunds for return-to-sender parcels.
STORE CREDIT & TIMEFRAMES
- Please allow up to 14 business days from delivery of your return for it to be processed
- You’ll receive your store credit via email as a code
- Store credits are valid for 3 years and can be used on any item, including sale
Please avoid emailing about your return status until 14 days have passed from posting. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
