Processing Time: Every order is processed within 3 business days. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is 7 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or delays with carriers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Return Policy
If you’d like to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so. Before proceeding, please keep the following in mind:

Our warehouse is located in Asia, so shipping costs typically range between $20 and $35 USD, depending on your location.
We recommend using a track and trace shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
How to Return Your Order

Step 2: Ship Your Package
Once you receive return instructions, send your item to the address provided. Please use a shipping method with tracking to ensure it arrives safely.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. However, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you need to return your item, please follow the return process outlined above.
Important Notes
Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all labels and tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and all returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
If you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange it for a different size at no extra cost.
